Yoricon (“we”, “us”) operates yoricon.com, a free library of food and drink icons. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

• No account needed. You can browse and download icons without signing up. We do not collect names, emails, or profiles for normal use.
• Contact form. When you message us, we process the name, email, and text you submit solely to reply. Delivery is handled by our email provider (Resend).
• Download analytics.We count downloads to show what’s popular. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash for abuse prevention — it is not used to identify you.
• Technical logs. Our hosting and delivery providers may log standard data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security, reliability, and fraud prevention.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Yoricon uses two kinds:

• Essential — remembering your language preference and keeping the site working.
• Advertising & measurement — set by third parties (see Advertising below) to serve and measure ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.

Yoricon uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before non-essential cookies are set, as required by law.

We rely on trusted providers that process limited data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Cloudflare — image storage and delivery (R2).
• Resend — sending contact-form email.
• Google AdSense — advertising.

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Download counts are stored in aggregate; hashed identifiers and technical logs are retained briefly and rotated by our providers.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA and UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond as required by law.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Yoricon is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
