Covered commercial uses
- Restaurant and cafe menus (print, boards, QR menus)
- Websites, apps, and games — free or paid
- Advertising, social media, and marketing materials

- Packaging, presentations, and internal documents
Not covered
- Reselling or redistributing the icon files (icon packs, stock sites, NFTs)
- Claiming ownership or sub-licensing the icons
- Trademark or logo registration of the icons
FAQ
Can I use the icons in paid client work?
Yes. You can deliver designs containing Yoricon icons to clients. The client may use the final design commercially as well.
Can I use them in a product I sell, like an app or a book?
Yes, as long as the icons are part of a larger design. Selling the icon files themselves — or a product that is essentially the icons repackaged — is not allowed.
Do I need to credit Yoricon?
No. Attribution is never required, commercially or otherwise. A link is appreciated but optional.
Can I register a logo that uses a Yoricon icon?
No. Trademark or logo registration of the icons (or close derivatives) is not permitted, because exclusivity cannot be granted for icons everyone may use.
